Here’s a really simple and very effective recipe to get you off to sleep fast.
Organic raw apple cider vinegar
Raw unpasteurized honey
Put two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a cup.
Put 1 teaspoon of raw honey in the same cup.
Add hot water from the kettle.
Drink 30 – 40 minutes before going to bed.
